2. Information We Collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number).

Order information: your university, course, assignment requirements and any brief files you upload.

Payment status information from our payment processor — we never see or store your card details.

Technical data such as IP address, device type and pages visited, collected through analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide quotes, deliver your orders and communicate with you about your project.

To match you with the right subject expert.

To improve our website and services, and to meet legal or accounting obligations.

We will only send marketing messages with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

4. How We Share It

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting and file storage), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

5. Data Security

Your data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls and secure cloud storage. Uploaded briefs are accessible only to the team handling your project.

6. How Long We Keep It

Enquiry and order records are kept for up to 24 months for service and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your data earlier — see Your Rights below.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing. To exercise any right, email us — we respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
